CREER’s mission is to investigate and promote the protection, respect and remedy of human rights and sustainable development within the framework of business activities, as well as the transformation of conflicts from a human rights perspective, through dialogue and consensus building. In line with the Institute for Human Rights and Business (IHRB), CREER has proposed promoting a comprehensive agenda that connects governments, communities, companies and civil society organizations around:
-Conflict transformation from the facilitation of dialogues and the construction of consensus.
-Collective construction of knowledge.
-Dialogue spaces based on trust.
-Strengthening of local capacities for dialogue and the peaceful resolution of conflicts.
-Promotion of more effective Public Policies for the protection, respect and remedy of Human Rights in environments of business activity.
-Dissemination of good practices in Human Rights for public and private business actors.
