The Regional Chapter of the Atlantic Coast Forum is headquartered in Barranquilla, capital of the department of Atlántico. Its mission is to contribute to the consolidation of a democratic culture, the transformation of public management with criteria of efficiency, effectiveness and participation, to strengthen civil society for its autonomy and participation, and to contribute to the achievement of peace and citizen coexistence, and the promotion of human rights.
