As part of a research process carried out by the Technical Secretariat of the Civil Society Roundtable for Transparency in the Extractive Industry and taking as a reference the experience of 4 years participating in decision-making processes in the extractive sector, it decided to concentrate its efforts on getting to know in depth one of the most important problems in the territories: the presence of gaps in access to information on environmental matters, between institutions and citizens.
